We carefully select and cook our chickpeas until they are perfectly tender, then incorporate fresh-squeezed lemon juice and the best-quality tahini to create a hummus unlike anything that exists on the market today. Many hummus brands try to cut corners by using hydrogenated oils in place of tahini. You’ll never find oil as an ingredient in our hummus, as it should only be used when serving – and it should only be extra virgin.
