At Noujaim’s Mediterranean Cuisine, maintaining the integrity of our ingredients during the cooking process and throughout the supply chain journey is a responsibility we take very seriously – from how we source our ingredients to the way we manufacture and package our products. Just as we’ve always done in our restaurants, we use local ingredients whenever possible and are unwilling to compromise on quality for the sake of efficiency or profit.

We’ve been perfecting our recipes for over 35 years and have worked meticulously to scale up those recipes for widespread distribution, without altering their fundamental composition.
