In expanding our operations, we have taken special care to construct our manufacturing facility, equipment and processes around our beloved recipes, rather than modifying them for efficiency purposes. This philosophy is the reason our products taste different – far better and far more authentic – than the mass-produced Mediterranean foods on the market today.
