Flaky philo dough pastry with a spinach mixture inside, sitting on a white plate a top of a wooden table.

A Little Greek, a Little Middle Eastern – A Lot of Savory, Flaky Goodness

We’ve taken the Greek version of the flaky spinach pie everyone knows and loves and made it our own, sans butter and eggs for a slightly healthier, even tastier treat that can be enjoyed in any number of ways – alongside a salad, as an appetizer, on its own or conveniently on the go. Fresh spinach is combined with a blend of creamy, melty cheeses and layered inside flaky filo dough that’s been brushed with extra virgin olive oil. Heat it up for a warm and savory meal, or enjoy it as is for a cold starter or snack.
